INFOFIT's Apprenticeship Training Practicum (ATP1 and ATP2) are highly sought after and provide students with the opportunity to put their passion for health and fitness into practice.
The ATP curriculum is comprehensive and practical and is continually reviewed and updated to ensure students receive the most current research science and information available. Students will shadow INFOFIT's Elite Personal trainers, have access to a large library of resources and the INFOFIT Team of Elite Trainers. The only requirement is a commitment of time, and a passion for helping people live healthier and happier lives!

Apprenticeship Training Program 1
ATP 1 is broken down into 5 modules and provides students with step-by-step instructions on subjects ranging from gym equipment and maintenance to proper training techniques.
The program also provides students with the information and experience necessary to take, and pass, the Instructor Competency Exam (ICE). Successful completion of the ICE Exam is a necessary step in receiving your Personal Trainer Certification.
From proper documentation, to designing new fitness programs, INFOFIT's ATP curriculum provides students with a complete package.
The second program, ATP 2, allows students to practice "hands-on" training with clients in a safe and supportive environment. ATP2 takes students through the entire personal training process; from the initial consultation to one-on-one training. By the end of the program, students are comfortable and competent in completing individualized client programs.
Note:
ATP 1 is not a pre-requisite for ATP 2.
