During this webinar, Kaitlyn Casper, Registered Physiotherapist will focus on gym induced injuries that she regularly sees and treats within her physiotherapy clinic.
We will look at key anatomical areas on the human body that tend to be at higher risk for injury such as shoulders, low back, knees etc. and we will talk about why and what you need to watch for to avoid these injuries.
