What is Intermittent Fasting?
Intermittent Fasting is not a diet or FAD, it is a way of timing meals differently throughout the day. The goal is not necessarily to cut calories, rather to eat the same amount in a shorter time frame, for example 10am until 6pm.
It is not a new diet, but has gained a new found following lately.
