Each workout starts with a short warm up and some dynamic stretching and ends with a static stretching session to prevent and reduce possibly injury.

Optimize Your Weight Loss Potential with our Resting Metabolic Rate test which tests whether your fat-loss struggles are related to your metabolism or another factor such as hormones, muscle mass or activity level.

Your resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the amount of calories you burn to maintain vital body functions. Once known, our specialists can accurately calculate your daily dietary allowance & caloric expenditure which will enable you to lose weight.

Your appointment takes 30 minutes but all the 12 minute test requires is that you sit comfortably and breath into a mouthpiece. That’s it!

How do I prepare for the test?

Once registered, we will send you the test preparation instructions. In short, no eating for 4-hours prior to the test. Avoid exercise and caffeine 12-hours before and no smoking for 2-hours before the test.

The Sub Max V02 test measures the rate of oxygen during incremental exercise. Your max oxygen consumption reflects your aerobic physical fitness and is an important determinant of your endurance capacity during prolonged, sub-maximal exercise.

Andre Potvin will perform this two-hour musculoskeletal assessment which includes a 1.5-hour evaluation and a 30-minute exercise session that will teach you how to train effectively and pain free to maximize results while minimizing your risk for injury and help you remain functionally independent.

Should you require a medical report for your injury claim, Andre will write a detailed injury report and a specially designed exercise prescription in conjunction with your medical professional.
