Post-arrival Communication with Students and Co-arriving Family Members, Includes:

During the mandatory 14-day quarantine period, Infofit will be checking in on our International Students:

  • Infofit admin staff will call any/all international student that is self isolating daily during their 14-day mandatory quarantine period ( admin staff work 7 days per week) and note their response on the tracking form
  • Admin staff will check in to see how the student is doing both physically and mentally and if any food, supplies, medicine, etc are required. Based on the answer, Infofit will direct them to the proper resource from our list of food delivery, pharmacy delivery, mental health support, medical care
  • Any compliance issues will be reported to By Law officers
