Instructor and Personal Trainer
Jessica is a P.E. teacher and Sports Therapist trained and educated in Germany. She was active all her life and made this passion her profession. Drawing form a wide range of experience and going through health issues herself, her goal now is to help other people who struggle with injury, health problems or motivation.
During her training, she was fortunate to try out several new activities such as sailing, climbing, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, pilates, yoga and even martial arts. These very different ways of exercising gave her many insights into how the human body moves and functions.
She also worked alongside physiotherapists with specific focus on post injury rehabilitation, pain treatment in sports therapy, and neurology/cardiology fitness. Upon the completion of her education in 2007, she started working as a personal trainer as well as a P.E teacher for elementary school kids. Today, she enjoys working with private clients, teaching group classes and educating the population through workshops/seminars and articles.
I believe that exercising does not have to be complicated and should be accessible to everyone, pain does not have to be constant and learning does not have to be frustrating. If we have the tools to make all those things fun and effective, we should do so!
