Weight Room Instructor Course – Personal Trainer BasicsInfofit’s 32-hour accredited Personal Trainer Basics – Weight Room Instructor course focuses on developing practical teaching skills required to design basic cardio, weight training and flexibility programs for yourself and others. The Personal Trainer Basics course is the second step required to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer.

This fundamental course is offered in a classroom setting in either our Vancouver or Burnaby educational facilities or internationally through Infofit’s Home Study program.

Personal Trainer Basics/Weight Room Instructor course fees include workbook, ACE Personal Trainer textbook and ACE on-line synopsis notes. Financial assistance is available for qualified students. Contact us for details.

Online course is online access only, no hard copies of books are included.  Home Study includes hard copies of books as well as the option to attend in class sessions for no additional charge.

Tuition is Tax Deductible, Infofit is a Certified Educational Institution and RESP’s are accepted.
